While slip streaming I found windows 10 deleting files. What I saw it do it puts files which are new under old, like named today and yesterday in downloads for example. I WATCHED IT HAPPEN. and after every update it switches storage sense on and deletes the history. I checked for viruses, none and it's just normal video files etc. GOOD job I have backup of them. I loaded windows 8.1, not as good as 7 for a time being and skinned it as 7 on my tablet/Laptop and the sound quallity has improved immensly aswell. It well proves my end anyway that Windows 10 is another ME. Buggy etc everywhere. No forced apps and removed the unwanted apps with Revo uninstaller. Worth the price.

Happy days:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Back in the day, that Windows 8 first came out, I was asked to be a moderator for the Windows 8 forum, that was owned by a group of Chinese businessmen.* The gripes and groans were an everyday thing, to the extent that it became tiresome.
* That old forum is long since Gone...thank Goodness.

Then, finally, MS came out with Windows 8.1, which they should have just called Windows 9.0, because it took care of most all of the problems with 8.0, and just ran great. The best thing about it, is the really Great Driver Package, every bit as good as the driver pack in Windows 10, to my estimation anyway.

I've installed 8.1 many times already, and with the Classic Shell installed, it's every bit as user friendly as Windows 7 ever was. And, it will set up on older PC's that won't even run good with Windows 7.
And, best of all it does not have the Security Holes, like WUDO and Cortana that come with Win-10.

OH, and you don't have to buy "Revo UN-Installer". It's FREE version works perfectly. It's what I've used like, forever. (at least since it was first released)

Cheers mate!

Agree there is a free version

Sorry I should have put that. Yes it's magnificent the only trouble with the free version if something doesn't show up in add and remove in control panel or settings you can force remove it. Just a thought:-)
