Please help me , many BSOD's every day ... 15 min ago reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x86 , and up now had 3 BSOD's ...

It means that you cannot legally activate the current installation, unless you change the Key to a valid one - the ACER OEM_SLP Key is only valid on ACER machines constructed for Windows 7.

What installation media did you use for this install? - if you downloaded it from the Internet, it may well have come with malware pre-installed.
