Software To Secure??

Hi, Can any one please sort out my problem??? I just need a software to protect all my stuff so that other then me no one else can rename, change, move, copy or delete my stuffs.. it must ask password to do all that.. I know that it can be done by logging in as guest user, but other then that or alternative to that???

All you have to do is to encrypt your hard drive with Bitlocker. Please do take time to read this tutorial:

Another good alternative is TrueCrypt.
