Software Troubleshooting Help

Ok, so I don't know what happened, but glary utilities, iobit360 security, and smart defrag are all on my taskbar with a couple other programs on the bottom of my screen of my desktop. The problem happens to be the 3 programs I mentioned above seemed to no longer have there icons in the taskbar. They are white pages with a square box inside. Any way to fix this?

Also, for some reason, openoffice.org, which is basically a free version of ms office seems to not wanna run with my system very well. I click on the program and it won't open. I uninstalled it and installed it again, I have no idea what is going on.

My Version of Windows:
Running windows 7 professional 64 bit

I suppose not, but about your shortcuts in the taskbar, have you tried deleting them, and putting them back in?
