Software uninstall error

I have a friends laptop and they have CA Internet Security Suites on it. When they tried to uninstall it, everything was removed except for this Anti-spam thing. When trying to remove that this error pops up.

Error: Uanable to start uninstallation for CA Anti-Spam. (9026)

I've done some googleing but have been unable to find a fix for this. This even has me baffled.

I know there are removal tools for eztrust stuff.
I couldn't dig them up in the short time I have, but if you go to the main site you shouldn't have much trouble finding it.

Thanks Maguscreed......but I got it. I just went into the registry and found the strings that pertained to CA and deleted them, then performed the uninstall again and this time it took.
