Some Annyinh Shortcut and Beep and Kinda Delay

i got this problem when i play a game...everytime i press alt + number in a game [e.g. alt+1] i hear a beep and i think it is connected to the desktop shortcut and its been annoying me for months. i already silence the beep and i still cant get enough cause maybe if i ever press other shortcut keys ingame, it will again interfere with the desktop shortcuts..is there someway to cut the connection between the ingame shortcuts and the desktop shortcuts? so that i can freely spam some alt+num in a game without messing up with my desktop shortcuts?it happens in window mode.

Sorry about the issues, I don't really understand what your problem is so I will let others take a shot... I assume this happens when you are playing online but I have nothing.
