Some how When i Reinstalled fresh copy of win7 I lost 18GB on SSD
I'm pretty sure when I first installed I lost a few gigs but it was not 18 that's why I noticed it now and it stuck out I have an Samsung 850 pro and win 7 64 home premium and now after the quick format to be exact I have 238GB and drive new is 256. Does anyone have any ideas?

You didn`t loose anything, 256 GB is the advertised size based on Kilobytes not Gigabytes, all manufacturer`s do this.
