Solved Some items are opening with one click

I am having a very odd issue which won't go away. I have a computer which opens files, icons, and everything else with one click instead of a double click. Now this isn't for everything, it just does it randomly every 10-20 clicks.

The folder options are selected to double click, registry fixes found to change those options didn't work, and system files were all verified to be ok.

Any other options?

Nevermind, nothing like a bad combo of ports and mice.
