Some mails are directed to spam folder

I have noticed that some of the mails from admin are in the spam folder, how can I stop this happening? I am with yahoo mail, I couldn't find the address in the blocked address to unblock( in mail options). Thanks for any suggestions.

If the messages are going to your junk mail then they are not blocked. You can try to "train" your junk mail filter by marking them as not junk but that may take awhile. Try adding sender to contacts although that is still not a sure thing.

Thanks for that, I have switched to another e-mail address for this forums and see what happens.
