On the wireless network list, you normally see anything the laptop can catch in its wireless signal radius.

There are about 9 networks that I see, but the one I'm supposed to use it at work does not appear.
So I took my other two laptops, MacBook Pro and an Asus model to see if it's the laptop that's causing the problem. And yes, the two caught the network so well.

I'm not sure how this is possible, but can aid anyone me how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance.

People might be dodging in anger about you owning 3 laptops...

I'm trying not to hold it against you.... :huh::p:rolleyes::shock:

Worst network capability in the one not finding it? All network devices are NOT created equal!
I'd ask your work IT folks on this one, they should have heard this one before.
That's not reasonable for me to troubleshoot is basically the problem on this end.

Other than swapping the wireless network devices around on the laptops?

Make sure you shut down the laptop completely when you move it from one location to the other or else it will only show the previous wireless networks and not the new ones. It's too easy to just close the lid and hibernate between locations. That was the only time I noticed my laptop not picking up new networks.
