Some Pc Disabler...

So my friend got some kind of virus or something that has Disabled everything on his computer I mean everything,,,, We cant access anything, Firewall,WindowsDefender
we cant change anything or run the System restore because everything is Disabled.

He is running Windows 7 and we would love to get some help with this,,
And the safe mod is the same everything disabled there.

Download and scan with malwarebytes free. If it doesnt help, wipe the hard drive and reinstall widows.

Does your friend have the installation media for Windows 7 (DVD)? If so, you can try to boot that and get to system restore from there.

So how are you posting in SF if you cant access the internet? Download mbam on the good computer, copy to a flash drive then install on the bad computer.
