Some problems with browsers.

I am running windows 7 32 bit. I cannot start either Chrome or IE8. The only browser that I can open is Firefox 5.0. However many times Firefox freezes and i have to close it and open Firefox again. It seems to affect some websites more than others. One is a sports message board and the other is youtube. This before I even can open a video. Thanks for you help.

lan settingss
automatic detect settings
ok


If you have a lan set up.
See if that works If not set it back

For IE, download the Capt's IE Restorator tool. Run the reregister for your OS and both versions of IE. See if IE opens and works now.

Firefox 5 is pretty hot
what version of Firefox are u running ?
Try uninstalling Firefox & reinstall.
Upgrading can introduce problems.
Maybe Windows is having problems viruses ect.
