Some queries and Problems!!Lag,slow and not detecting!!

Hi,all Sevenuser445 here,I need some helps!!

1.Pc running very fast at startup.But after running Some applications or games or browser it becomes a bit laggy.Annoying.Dont tell about virus,ccleaner,%temp%,recent ,tree,clean ram etc.Please suggest some thing.Already checked those.

2.My Internet's speed is 1MB/s but Its just too slow.But works fine on my fathers laptop and other pc's.Help??

3.How to clear cookies?

4.Want to record Gameplay videos.I use Fraps.But when recording its too laggy.any help??I wanna record with commentary so i need to use micro phone.But I go to sound settings,then to reocrd devices and then to microphone.but here i find no jack information,cant configure,also the bar shows beside microphone should be going up and down but its is standing still.MY PC CANT DETECT MICROPHONE.HELP?

At the risk of repeating what you know, "Not enough RAM". That's why your system might start fine, but then starts to choke.
Open Resource Manager and click on the Memory tab. If possible post a picture of the graphics on that window.

Hey....I just cant believe it!!!Volume mixer uses 100% memory. Average is 87.5%.What?????Its name is SndVol.exe

and Memory is more wierd....I have 1.25 gb ram.Trying to upload some pic...

Guys.I have just ended the Process sndVol.exe the sound mixer volume device now its much faster alhamdulillah!and nothing also happend to the sound mixer its working fine.Now the last problem remains is TOO MUCH PHYSICAL MEMORY USAGE.WAIT...I'll UPLOAD A PIC IN THE MEMORY TAB.

some questions Regarding Something.

1.Please suggest me a very good software to record gameplay videos of mine craft.I have used Bandicam and FRAPS,but those lags soooo much. I wanna do those with commentary but some how my pc cant detect my microphone.when i go to volume mixer,I see microphone as my recording device but the bar near it is empty.when i open it,it gives no jack information also.when i talk some thing thru
it,I cant hear any thing in my headset.So whats wrong with it??

2.Now it comes to the cpu usage and RAM issue.At first I open resource monitor and then see that cpu usage is 100%.The program uses it much is SndVOl.exe. Its sound mixer. Any way i ended the process.And It did not harm to volume mixer.The pc lag was a bit recovered.Then I go to the physical memory,and 0 MB is free about 60-80% of it is used.Then I gone to My computer-Properties-Advance settings-Performance-Virtual Memory.It said that I need at least 1917mb as virtual memory and i had 1278mb only.Then i took a lot memory from D drive more Than recommended but no luck.Restarted.Still No luck.Then i took only the memory from D drive which is needed to reach the recommended memory.Then The Performance Improved.I have now 500-600mb physcal memory free.My ram is 1.25 gb and windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Please Solve the 1. Problem and Give A proper Explanation to 2.
