I maintain a computer that has six user accounts. I also am setting up a inactivity screensaver on the users. When I right click DESKTOP.....PERSONALIZATION.......SCREENSAVER the screensaver property box opensand I select the screensaver desired and adjust the settings. I then click on APPLY to lock in the settings. This routine works fine with four of the users. On the other two, I am not able to see the APPLY button because the property box is too large, the APPLY button is just off the bottom of the screen. There are no scroll bars I can use and I cannot resize or move the box. I cannot reach the Apply button for these two users. I have tried to change resolution, resize the fonts which are now at 100%. I don't know what else to do. Anybody?
I would look for any difference between the 2 oddball accounts and the others. See if all are set to 96 dpi. See if the system default font size is 8. Strange as it may seem, even after Vista I found when doing a Property Page COM DLL that if I tried to use any font size larger than 8, the tabs of the property page and their contrents and controls went all out of kilter. It had to be 8 or the Property Page was unusable. I suspect it's something along that line.

The tutorial below can help show you how to set DPI back to 96 DPI (100%). If needed, Option Three makes it much easier to do when you are unable to see all of the dialogs.
