AceDuck,
This is a reputable, specialist computer hardware French e-merchant :
www.ldlc.com
They claim to deliver worldwide, and specifically across Europe. However, you might need to put a specific request
here, and the delivery rates could be significant. Site language is French, and, just possibly, German, because they have a Swiss branch. But I suppose you can write them in English.
Otherwise, for a European customer, I'd advise Amazon, which is hard to beat on service and price. You can chose any of the
French,
German or
British branch, depending on the language you're comfortable with (and do put them up against each other, prices are often markedly different). Amazon is probably your best bet as far as returns are concerned. I can tell from experience that they bend over backwards to satisfy the customer.
In general, German e-merchants are a good choice for reliability and trust in Europe.
Newegg is a good starting point to browse products and read reviews, but even if you could buy from them, the shipping rates would probably make it uneconomical (never mind about returns).
