Hi!
Yesterday I replaced the old case of mine with a new one . I have put everything back to its place , turned on the PC and on brown colour I can see that the monitor is blinking , making annoying waves .
In the old case I never had issue like this . Tried 70/72/75 Hz with smaller resolution but the upshot was the same , the monitor was blinking .The monitor is Benq G2222HDL and the VGA is Gigabyte 5770

Did you remember to reconnect the graphics card power connector when you built your new case?

Ok.
The state is the following :
Another VGA + My monitor = blinking
My VGA + Another monitor = blinking
Another VGA + Another monitor = blinking
My VGA + My monitor = blinking

Was testing it with this .

My question is : may the PSU cause things like this? Im using an older one , FSP SAGA II 500W .

Try testing with something like Furmark. Something that will really stress your video card. Maybe your PC isn't quite compatible with that test program that you're using.

Well, I'm confused as well. Furmark taxes the GPU pretty heavily.

You could try MSI Kombustor. It's in the Afterburner overclocking suite located here:

MSI Afterburner

Don't screw around with the overclocking stuff in the program, just run the benchmarks and test programs to see if the monitor blinks with it.
