Solved Sony Vaio SVF15A13SAB Dropping Network Intermittently

Dear All,
I purchased a brand new Sony Vaio SVF15A13SAB, its dropping packets intermittently for 5 10 seconds every 4 - 5 minutes. Dont know why. I did a full system restore but the problem persists.
Can any one please help.
It running on Windows 8 Single language, has i5 Processor and 4 GB RAM.
Wireless Adapter is BCM43142 Wireless Network Adaptor

Please let us know if a similar issue occurs on the other devices as well on the same network. Kindly update your system specs here by following this.
