Hello.
I'm new to this whole forum thing so sorry if this is placed in the wrong category.
I have previously purchased a HP Pavillion which was Windows Vista but I upgraded to Windows 7 and now ever since I've upgraded my HP MediaSmart doesn't load at all. I click it and it won't work and even when I'm using my MSN Messenger.. if somebody clicks the webcam or I do, it will lag.

I don't know what to do to fix it. I've tried searching to update the drivers but it says I have all the latest ones.

Please help. :)

I would call HP. Maybe they have not upgraded it for Win7 or the Win7 version needs to be downloaded from somewhere.

The HP MediaSmart is compatible so you shouldn't be having issues. Make sure you download the latest drivers: HP Support & Drivers.
For more information about driver related issues go here: Update drivers: recommended links.

Thanks for making this point. I was not sure regarding the compatibility.

Unfortunately, just because you shouldn't be having issues doesn't mean you aren't having issues.... Let us know if the drivers are the issue or if you need to do more troubleshooting: Windows 7 features - Windows Troubleshooting - Microsoft Windows.

Good Luck!
