SOS - Failed to build the list of regular subfolders in D:\$Recyle.Bin

Hi,

I am very new in using my computer. I just do not know what to do.

My computer has all these links, and one of them is the Download link where all downloads or attachment i open from the internet goes to.

i decided to transfer all data to my D drive because I want my C drive to have all the space in the world.

Now the Download link becomes my D drive and it's driving me nuts! It's all messed up. I cannot access the C Drive again - i cannot transfer back the download folder and its link back to C.

please help me to retrieve it.

First, the message that prompted is that the System Volume Information doesn't allow the transfer of data.

I tried to access the System Volume Info and now I get the Failed to build the list of regular subfolders in recycle bin.


Can someone help me out?
i want my download link back to drive c and clean up my drive d.

i have attached some screenshots of the problem.

Hi, Welcome to Seven Forums!

I'm not sure as to what you want to do, if I'm correct, you pointed the default 'Downloads' folder in Windows 7 to store files on the D drive, and now you want to move it back to the C drive, you get an error?
