Sound Card

Hello,

I ordered a customized desktop from HP, and I chose Sound Blaster Titanium; however, I think I got the Xtreme Edition instead.

Is there a way to identify it without opening the box?

The box should have information pertaining to the sound card.

ok then when you look at the ports on the sound card is the back plane silver or black ,if black its the titanium

Front of the desktop? It is black but does not have "X-Fi".

well i think that it is what you suspect and it is the Xtreme version, the only definate way is to open the pc do not be afraid of losing your warranty pc's are, by design, made to be upgraded
