I've been having DPC latency problems lately. It seems as if the latency ONLY spikes when using the internet. That's it. I play music in the Media Player; latency is fine, sound is fine. I play Halo and the sound is fine. I don't get it. Does the internet effect the latency? It only spikes when I'm watching a video or listening to music while online. Help?

The can be noise when on line, caused by the wi-fi connection. This is one of the prime causes of spikes in the DPC latency checker. Its not the only cause, but one of the major items.

First thought, make sure you are using the Samsung supplied driver for your wi fi controller. Same way with the sound driver. Vendor supplied drivers are the preferred drivers, non vendor drivers can cause problems in many cases.
