Has anyone found any software that allows windows 7 to play to 2 sound devices at the same time? It seems to be impossible after a lot of searching on the internet.

System Specs below if needed:

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you want to for example, play sound through speakers while at the same time listening through headphones?

Yes thats right.

For example i have a TV setup through HDMI with speakers and also normal 3.5mm headphone jack. I can swap between the 2 but not play through both at the same time.

Right. Try doing both of the following.

Right click the little speaker icon in your system tray. Click on Volume control options. Make sure you have the first option checked and the second option unchecked. Then check both speakers listed under Sound devices and see what happens.

You have an N/A listing in your System Specs for your Sound Card so I'm assuming that you have the default Realtek HD Audio card that comes with your specific motherboard. Try updating the drivers for it. You can find the Realtek drivers/codecs at either of the links below.
