To find out if all your hardware device drivers are working correctly you can check for any yellow triangles in the Device Manage [Start => Control Panel => Device Manager => Expand ALL nodes]?

Another method is to use the Intel auto updater [it is a good general purpose driver updater] which can be found here => Intel(R) Driver & Support Assistant.

Once you have run this you can check for any problems by clicking Start => Run, in the search box type msinfo32 => Enter => Components. If there are still any problem drivers they will be shown on the right-hand side of the Components screen. When it is blank, you are good to go.

I hope this helps!

Hi soroush314,
Welcome to SevenForums!

1. It would be better if you update your specs with the help of Speecy Portable : Speccy - Portable

2. Is it all well/normal in the Device Manager ? Are there any yellow bangs in the Device Manager ?

3. what is the Hardware ID of the unknnown/sound device ?
Device Manager - Finding Unknown Devices
( I expect only Hardware ID )

Let me know.

Thanks & Regards. ...

EDIT : 1. The two answer posts are concurrent. Sorry for that.
2. Well said by Sir. I had an experience on a laptop. All was well in the Components & Device Manager. It was having a Conexant Audio card but was installed as an 'High Definition Audio Device' & always worked well without a Conexant driver.
