sound drivers etc /help

please help i muted my sounds thats all i did a cppl weeks a go now iv tried to unmute it wont work iv tried the fix it feature etc etc what can i do this is what it last said which in this case now it sais i have no sound devices . ?? dont ask me what happened i never authorized to remove my sound ?? also does anyone know of any good ways of helping me get more memory or help it as well as high cpu usage >> ??? i use google chrome . i also get a lot of crashes iv tried alot of suggestions nothing works im scared to download and remove things as im worried ill remove something im not suppose to here is what computer last said when i tried to get drivers updated the driver for audio device on high definition audio bus is not installed install the latest driver for the device

the driver for keyboard filter is not installed install the latest driver for device tried to apply fix then said any help will be wonderful thank you :huh:

Just muting/unmuting sound is one thing, Function key + another (info in the manual), usually on a laptop is all that is needed.
