Sound panel apply button

Ok whenever i change sound settings like raise mic boost or raise mic volume the apply button doesnt light up to accept the changes but works everywhere else. i have already ran a file integrity check nothing wrong there. I have already updated any drivers everything is up to date there.

What else could i check or do to fix this problem?

I am running Windows 7 Pro.

Mine isn't lighted too, but it remembers the settings.
Do yours remember the settings?

nope everytime i shut down or put it in sleep it resets all of what i have changed.

Its a part of my ASUS M3N78-EM Motherboard.

did you installed latest realtek win 7 drivers?

i updated my realtek drivers but problem still exists.

Do this happen in both realtek manager and windows sound manager?

Yes but now only speaker volume window apply button lights up along with the other non sound stuff. So just the Mic levels are without apply button lighting up.
