Sound pls really need help

Hello i am new to the forums.I'v dual booted windows 7 with my old windows xp long ago.Appears that windows xp got the sound but 7 doesn't.I didn't have sound for so long that i decided to post here you are my last hope .So i am pretty sure that sound isn't muted and speakers are set to default.
As far the drivers go there's no any /!\ in device manager. and as i said it works on xp. So please help me with this.Thanks you!
And i am running Cpuentium(R) Dual core
32 bit

I think we need a bit more info about system specs to be able to help; so please post any relevant specs you have.

*note* i keep windows updating every time.Troubleshooter doesn't find any problems and DirectX diagnostic says no problems found
