Sound Problem in Windows 7

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x32 bit
I Have a Creative Sound Blaster X-fi Xtreme Audio 7.1
There was no problem in my Windows audio was working fine.
Suddenly when i played a song.
I Could not hear anything just extreme high base sound.
Means i can't hear anything only a very little music but all the base like (dhum dhum dhum zuuuuuuuu)
it happens not in every song.some of the random songs.
please help

That sounds like what happens if you have a bad connection to the speakers or the amplifier in the speakers develops a problem.

If you use a headset, either to the front panel headphone jack or to the rear GREEN speaker jack, is the sound OK or do you still have the problem. If its OK then the problem is in the speaker system. If its still bad, power off the PC, reseat the SoundBlaster sound card (unplug from the expansion slot and then plug back in). Power back on and see if that helps.

well i am using headphones.
this problem is in most of the videos.
it dont gives proper sounds.
only base zu zu zu zuz uz
