Sound Question

When I change a file and then close it I get no sound when the pop up ask if i want to make changes. I tried different things in control panel under "sounds" but was unable to fix this?

look at system notifications and menu popup under sounds, set a wav and test to see if you can hear either in the situation you have described.

System notifications already had a wav assigned. Menu pop ups did not. I assigned a wave. I created a note pad file. When I open it change something and go to close it, a pop up ask if I want to save changes but I still get no sound. I can hear a sound for both if I click test.
