My sound recognition crashes only after few seconds. I don't know why. Windows 7 says it's checking for a solution, but it never finds it. Can you please give a solution to this problem?

I am having the same problem, I was drunk one night and changed the recognizer language to English-English and my keyboard is US-English. And because of that I cannot use speech recognition and I can't seem to be able to change it back the US-English is not there anymore. Does anyone know where I can get it. It is also not available via windows update as far as I have been able to find. Thanks
