Speccy and Razer's Gamebooster show different CPU temperatures
My specs are in an attachment.
I have the newest versions of both programs available as of the date of this post. Speccy shows an approximately 20°C higher temperature than Gamebooster.

I don't know about the Razr But i know speecy is very accurate you can also try HWmonitor and see what the temps are those and core temp are the most Legit i've seen
