Special effects windows (like in Ubuntu)

After searching for some time, I decided to post a thread on this. I can't put an exact word to it, but I'm looking for a program or a tweak that can have someone move a window like you would with the "extra effects" tweak in Ubuntu (I've seen this feature since 9.04). If someone knows what I'm talking about, is there a certain word that I should use? I mean, a link to a program would be the best, but I've looked for a while about this, and haven't found anything on it. Yet.

If you need a screenshot of what I'm talking about I can open up a VB window and take a quick screenshot for you guys.

Mate, I love the Compiz fusion too. All these effects are part of Compiz fusion. See this link.

Typically Compiz fusion is for X-Windows system. Microsoft Windows is not shipped with X-Windows. However, many third party softwares are developed to run some "parts", but no one could able to "install" compiz fusion for Windows.

You have to use different Linux Distros to get the effect (Like Ubuntu, SuSe, Elive....so on).

I like when you get a Password wrong when logging into Ubuntu it shakes the window like it is saying no. I would love that feature for Windows 7.

Try this. Not quite as good as Compiz/Fusion but not far off

@Windowsstar: Mate, the module should be loaded after boot. One have to make such Windows operating system module and implement it; possibly during installation. Practically impossible...lets see if upcoming Windows Operating systems can offer some nice effects...
