Special situation Bootmgr is missing

I am going to try my best to explain this problem in its entirety, i have a very complex problem on my hands and i am trying to not lose my mind.

OS: Windows 7 home premium 64-bit

The first error i received was OS not found.
I prepared a USB stick with my Win 7 ISO files using the download tool provided by Microsoft.
I used the repair utility to fix the OS problem, only to discover the Invalid partition table problem.
The reason this is such an issue is: When i boot into the install screen, i cannot install a new copy or fix a partition through install because it comes up with a driver not found error.
I decided i would run the start up repair on the disk, the problem to start with is it does not detect my windows 7 installation, but when i proceed anyways it tells me "Cannot automatically fix this issue" The reason in the summary is because BOOT MANAGER is missing.


After running CMD in the repair section i have tried :
/bootrec /fixmbr
completed successfully
/bootrec .fixboot
completed successfully
/bootrec /rebuildbcd
1 os detected on C:\windows
press y
Cannot complete : "The required system device could not be found."

Now the error i receive is "BOOTMGR missing press CTRL ALT DEL to restart"

I have tried making my volumes/disks active, i have tried the above commands in X:\Sources and in C:\. I have tried to rebuild the BCD by hand, but I cannot locate any of the files to do this.

I also read about removing and adding the usb stick, and stuff as such, but again no luck. I am at the end of my rope and have no idea what to do. I would like to just rebuild the BCD, but i don't know the commands that well, and no guide i have found can seem to help my special situation because no one has this many problems at once when trying to resolve this issue.

I have done some of these steps, but again because the OS is not detected in the install disk, and when i install i get the driver error, i'm am pretty much confined to command prompt. Now the error i get is there is a boot problem, but when i try to auto repair, it still says it cant automatically do it, but now the reason is because "OSNOTFOUND" when i attempt to repair, can anyone just help? I have been on the net for hours these last few days, doing everything and anything i could.


SCANOW came up clean.
If i could just get windows to recognize its instaloled, or hell just get it able to instal over it, i would be just fine.

P.S. Does it matter that i have an x:\ drive?
Does it change how command prompt functions if i dont switch to c:\

But my command prompt is just constantly telling me "The requested system device cannot be found" I assume it is refering to the coimmands im giving in BCDEDIT


Im Totally sick of this, can anyone just tell me how to get rid of the driver error for installing, and ill just say screw my files and start over with a fresh install.

Frustration

Frustrating I know. Before you give up try a search for easy BCD. It is a small app that can cure some problems. The ver I have is "easybcd2.1.2.exe"

I forgot something you can't get into win, can you?

Did you run the commands given in the tutorial to try to force WIn7 to appear in WinRE to repair? You want if at all possible to use automated Startup Repair rather than just the old XP-era line commands.

The driver error almost always means you have a bad installer. Confirm or download another ISO, burn to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed. Next write to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown; boot stick under USB, Removable, HD's using one-time BIOS Boot Menu key.

It was pretty much a USB issue. All to do with using a 3.0 port. I reinstalled. Now i am trying to get my windows back the way i had it lol. I am reading about it now, but i am scared to death i will screw up my boot again. Anyone got tips for that?
