Solved specific update for background is always black issue?

Hi, I wanted to ask is there a specific update for the problem of ''the background on the desktop is always black and when I set a picture as the background it changes back to black'' . That issue is now fixed after I did a window update but if there's a specific update that did that I want to know it as I'd like to uninstall it. Thnx

Where did you get Win7 and how is it activated?

Please download and run MGADiag.exe
and post back it's output.

When you rightclick on desktop and choose Personalize, are you able to choose an Aero theme, set up a slideshow (disable Screensaver)?
