I use speckie as a spellcheck as I type and have done for years but now it is not working in SF anyone else use that program got a problem with it?.

Nope.. i use it and its fine along IE11. The latest version is v6.5.0.

Maybe in the add-ons disable the embedded one if you're using IE as main browser.

Ah I think you might have got it Non I have to use IE9 on this computer because of the software my pay office uses (will not work on IE11) and there was an update to it very recently - it shows as something to be enabled but just will not go.
But I will trywhat you say:)

Been a while i'm not using IE9, so do not remember exactly if the speller checker in IE9 was already set to default. In IE11 its there and set to default unless you turn it off (unchecked box, bottom left) in "manage Add-ons" and use another speller checker.

Try to uninstall Speckie without keeping parameters and reset IE9, manage that add-ons and reinstall latest Speckie and your preferred dictionaries.

Yes mate I have uninstalled it three times now and I still get two add ons see pic.

I di have an update for IE9 this morning but this problem was in situ from a few days ago??

Got onto Maurizio at Versoworks and advised about looking at - about speckie and seeing if there were dictionaries in there but having not much luck there uninstalled and then reinstalled as ispell was driving me nuts - no go - reinstalled over the last one and hit repair on the list of three options given and back in business:D
