Speech Recognition in Windows Live Mail

How do you:
Go to a specific target field like To, CC, Subject?
Go to message body?
Having no problem opening program and dictating body, and sending.
Thanks for any help!

I've never used the VR but skimming over the help panel indicates you could use tab or shift tab keyboard instructions. If nothing else, the mouse grid could be used too.
