Well, keep us posted on this RMA request. I'm a user of Corsair power supplies as I think they are built great and have a great company standing behind them. I don't often hear of complaints with Corsair...but there is always a first.

As things look at the moment, there won't be any news to update, because I sent a request for a status report 4 days after the original, and like before, no response. They never even sent me an acknowledgement of the requests. The only reason that I have case numbers is because they were given on the webpage that followed submission. I really dislike being ignored.

The only telephone numbers that I have found are for the corporate headquarters. For RMA or support, all that I found was the online submission form. Even if they did have a telephone number available, it probably wouldn't be toll free, and I would not want to spend much on calling about an item like a flash drive. It would be cheaper and easier to buy another one...this time from someone besides Corsair or OCZ.
