So i built a mediacenter PC so i may be able to backup my own dvd's and bluray, and use it so i may stream through Plex. Everything has been running great until i couple of days ago where the drive has been so slow it is unsuable, only when it is writing something to the HDD.
The SSD is a PNY 128GB drive, researching on the topic, it turns out it could be that the SSD is not trimming, i checked via windows and it says it is enabled.
Here is what i have been doing on the PC, been remuxing MKV's and transcoding large files from 25GB/50GB blurays to ~10GB. I also found out that the SSD in bios was set to IDE, i will be setting to AHCI when i fix the problem, and then install windows again.
