Solved SSD not found in bios
Just upgraded my cpu as such i had to change the mobo aswell as ram. So ended up swapping it all out. Issue now is that neither of my SSDs are showing up.
I'll not go more into details as all i've tried have failed so far so want to start a new in case i ****ed something up somehow. Now throw "fixes" at me. I want the computer working soon
EDIT: Mobo is MSI x99s gaming 7
2x SSDs (corsair 120bg, kingstone 240gb both working since last pc, neither being found atm)

SSD`s are connected to the power supply and sata cables are connected to the new board ?
You`re using the same 1000 watt psu that`s in your specs ?
Dumb questions, but we have to start somewhere

Correct using the same psu. Also been no problems with it so far. On top of that ive got the same cable connected to both ssds as well as the dvd. Dvd works wonders ssds does not... So highly doubt its the cable it self...
Edit: there are no dumb questions only dumb answers

Hmmm, that is odd
Do you own a hard drive you can hook up, to see if that shows up in the bios, just to rule out a bad connection ?

You shouldn`t have to make those changes just to be able to see the ssd in the bios, leave AHCI enabled.
Legacy or UEFI should only matter when it`s time to install the OS.

I know it shoulf not matter but as nothing else ive tried worked it was for me a last resort
This seems odd. Tried the other 2 cables that worked and they can find the ssd going to see if the power cable is the issue seems like it

I`m out of ideas then, but it`s probably something simple we`re just missing, hopefully another member will have another suggestion.
