Standard programs list disappeared.

In Configuration list of standard programs no standard program is listed.
I wondered because Outlook comes up with the control, this is not your standard program.
Tried to use the Windows standard programs option, but no list pops up.
Although I could associate file types to a specific program. (Long list)
