How about filling in your system specs,

That is going to help a lot more than hardware ID's.

PCI Vendor and Device Lists

S3 Graphics - Products

and likely with how old it is there won't be a Windows 7 driver for it, and the best you're going to get for it is whatever last XP driver is.

Also as Derek said filling in the rest of your specs would help.

Model number of the motherboard would help. If unsure this should tell you,

Speccy - System Information - Free Download

Just by what you listed for the CPU I wolud guess though that this is the chipset on the motherboard,

VIA K8M800 - Bringing Exceptional Integrated Graphics and Innovative Features to the AMD64 Platform - VIA Technologies, Inc.

which if that is what it is, then it is also as I said previously that the best you're going to get for a driver for it is the last XP driver, either from Asus or Via. From Asus go here,

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

and enter in the model number, and from Via go here,

VIA Drivers Download - VIA Technologies, Inc.

and work your way through the dropdowns till you find the XP one for "K8M800/K8N800 UniChrome Pro".
