Star Wars Battlefront 2 crashing

Hello, this is my first thread and I was looking for assistance with a problem with my game Battlefront 2. I just got the game and every time I try to launch the battle the game crashes instantly. The very instant I launch the game closes altogether. I got windows 7 32-bit and apparently my pc should be able to handle it. I will put an attachment below so you can check. Please help, I am really looking forward to play this game. Thank you for your time

Update your Direct X files - Just because WIndows is DX11 doens't mean all the files are up to date.

This looks like a laptop with an intel video card? If so, you need to visit the laptop manufacturer and get the latest drivers for you video card.

Make sure the game itself has the latest patch installed.
