Julian pal, I can remember some icons (programs and games ) made by Nick . Those are way better than the link you provided

Nick is an outstanding talent . It is our good luck that we can use his graphics, and learn how to do it from him .

While reading this thread I have seen dock customizations galore but no Icons. Somewhere a Switch Between Windows shortcut was mentioned which gave me the idea for my first Icon, both the PNG & Icon file are regulation 256x256 px and included original Pics for custom DIY.

Wow, nice work & a much needed alternative icon

In fact i cant recall ever seeing an alternative to the default window switcher icon

Thanks a lot IOAMP I have used the task switch in my dock previously, by making a 3D filp shortcut and dragging it to the dock . Your option is way easier

BTW, I made the icon for myself .... I like reflected round icons on dock a lot .

Yours look waaay better and classy. I made mine using Gimp and Paint.NET but only know the basic functions.

PS: If you don't mind I may just use one of yours.

Hiya Dennis pal

Just copy the folder (zip file supplied) to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDockFree\Backgrounds folder and then click "right mouse button" on the dock. then click "settings" "style colour" "change background" and choose the effect you want.

Hi mate .... a few months ago I knew only the names of the programs ... it is Nick who taught to how to use them . I am sure that if you ask him he will teach you too
