Hi, that disk in the title isnt working.
We got a new copy of it and it isnt working.
Why the both ones are not working?

Is the disc scratched in any way? My DVD's all play (all ten seasons). No hardware/software conflicts.
Where did you buy it? You should be able to exchange it and see if the new one works.

Its not broken in any way, its soo clean how it can be. It has not been used before i tried to play it on ps3,
pc.
