i tryed another account and its fine could i just change accounts ill transfer my important things (documents/games) to another account do you think it will work?

Transferring your personal files to a new account would work fine but only really as a temporary measure but at least it will be working.

Have you tried http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html to see if comes up with anything?

No not yet but what do you mean temporary? also the other account i tried i had for as long as the other account

If the other account wasn't used as much then chances are that a piece of software that you run may have changed something within your usual account.

well the other account Was used about 2 to 6 hours a day

Still doesn't work but it made it alot faster im just going to make another account but i have another questions if i delete the account and make another one can i delete him off users in My Computer?
