Hello G2gCya, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if changing the screen resolution to different sizes may stop this. There was a bug similar to this in Vista with the power options arrow menu not showing completely or not at all due to this. It may be the same issue.

Try adding like Run or Administrator Tools to the start menu or Number of Recent programs to display if not try other Themes. Hope this helps!
