Start menu & gadget questions

OK so i wanted to know if there is a way to edit the start menu to add links to another folder/file



So under the Control Panel it could have another one or two links

Example to a HDD or to a prgram??

2nd question is what sevenforum gadgets are out there for a sidebar

I wouldnt mind a RSS feed
