Hi all,

My first post here, i have already searched the interwebz for a fix for this problem, but nothing has worked so far...

When i install programs, sometimes, not always, when i click on start, go to all programs and navigate to the new programs folder, and click on it, it says "empty". But if i check the map of the installed program every file is in it, also the shortcuts..

I have used Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware, and Bullguard antivirus, but nothing alarming showed up,

I have downloaded and run the Unhide.exe program, but that did not work...

I also have the SMTMP map missing...

When i manually copy and paste a shortcut from the programs map to the programs folder in the all programs folder, it works, but i would like to find a proper fix...

I hope someone can help me

Thanks
