Start orb mess-up!

Hmm, i seem to have run into a problem using my newly created Start-Orb.
It appears as it should, but when i mouse over it appears in a box, then goes transparent?

I have included the file, if any of you want it anyway
Please help me!
I know the background is green, should it be black?
Thanks for any help!

EDIT: Sorry, it had to be in a zip format as it would allow me otherwise!
