Start program at boot/login for specific user

I've searched and searched but I can't seem to find a working solution. I want to start a program on boot/login (Windows 7) for a specific user. The program in particular: WAMP (for web development).

Is it possible to start a program on boot/login for only a specific user, and not every user account.

The code block you will require is the first one, which is the code that executes only if the current user IS the user referenced to by MyStr. (MyStr is a variable in the code.)

What about the time-honored trick of putting a shortcut to the app in the StartUp folder for that specific user?

Yes, that will work, however my Tutorial gives the option of also implementing an optional date range.
