start speedfan as a normal, standerd user automatically

What is the best way to configure my WIN 7 64-bit, to start speedfan automatically without asking for the Administrator password?

Sorry, I've already tried these different options, but after startup still asks for a administrator password to start speedfan.

Is it speedfan that is asking for the password?
